There is a one-time registration fee of $100 per individual or $150 per household (if household members register at the same time), which is due at the time of enrollment.

Services Provided for Additional Fee:

With Direct Primary Care, there are no outrageous prices for procedures or medications.  The time and expertise of your doctor are covered by the monthly fee.  The additional procedure fees noted below directly cover the additional costs of the supplies used in procedures.

House calls based on availability when medically appropriate:

     $25 – Within 15 minutes travel time from office

     $50 – Within 15-30 minutes travel time from office
