HOW IT WORKS:
In DPC, a simple flat rate monthly fee is charged for comprehensive coverage of all primary care services, including preventative physicals, acute visits, and chronic care management. There are no additional co-pays or deductibles, and we do not bill insurance.
This model of practice enables us to provide the highest level of medical care, while decreasing dependence on more expensive parts of the system, such as unnecessary testing, urgent care and emergency room visits.
